The Root Camp™ is a program meant to bring back your entire family's health, naturally. Working with me or one of my coaches, you will release all that is holding you back and recover your natural, God-given health.
Offered at three different levels (Red, Yellow and Green), the ROOT camp is a personalized program to uncover the root cause(s) of your family's health problems. I can then design a unique protocol of nutrition, alternative therapies and supportive coaching.

The ROOT CAMP™ LEVELS
My unique advantage is that all of my programs include weekly (on average) contact with me via my unique ZOOM CALL platform where questions will be addressed and you will be motivated to "stay on course" with your care. Starting with a Case Review Application, I’ll develop a personalized program suited for you or your child's specific needs.
RED
This program is designed for those who have severe health imbalances and need to rapidly and intently focus on their health.
Clients leave with a renewed sense of hope along with a detailed lifestyle and nutritional plan.
YELLOW
Are you suffering from a long term health issue that has never been resolved? Uncovering the root cause(s) is the beginning of changing that repeating cycle.
I 'personalize' your entire program and teach you what you need to be successful in your care.
GREEN
Have you been on a journey of changing your lifestyle habits and need a bit of fine tuning? I help explore where you may still need some coaching to get your desired results. In just a few short months you will be good to go!
KIDS
Do you have a kid who needs help with getting better nutrition or is a picky eater? Sometimes kids have difficulty mastering certain food because their tongue doesn't know how to master the texture of the food. As a result they will reject the food because it's too hard for them to maneuver.
Assessing their tongue and swallowing will give clues of how to 'personalize' their care.

I provide both in-office and remote options for your protocol. We believe that you need an on-going, organized program along with a team as your guide.
